Brand Mythreyi symbolizes the unity of creativity, integrity and versatility of the Group, since its inception in the year 1996. The Group has been at the forefront of development of Residential & Commercial projects in and around Bangalore over the years Mythreyi is an active member of CREDAI – Bangalore. Mythreyi’s projects ‘Vithola’ & ‘Aikya,’ off Bannerghatta Road have borne the testimony of the Group’s founding inspiration of joy and growth for each and every family on planet earth. The Group has, till date, delivered over 15 prestigious projects Bangalore. Inspired by the initial success, Mythreyi forayed into commercial ventures and has constructed state-of-the art projects like Jaguar showroom at Abshot layout and 511 at Jayanagar to name a few. Mythreyi is recently completed two residential projects in Bangalore viz., Naimisha at Bannerghatta Road next to Mico Bosch off Wilson Garden and Sanyog at 8th cross Wilson Garden.
The impetus for the dawn of Mythreyi was to provide superior contemporary living conditions with a traditional approach, bringing the customer closer to nature with marked focus on energy harmonization. Our Team
An inspirational leader, Mr. Rajendran is one of the top real estate developers in Bangalore, who has triumphantly upheld the ethics of Mythreyi Properties. A mechanical engineer by profession, Mr. Rajendran always aspired to be one of the top real estate developers in Bangalore and pan India. Mr. Rajendran has more than 3 decades of experience in nuances of real estate development. Mr. Rajendran is a member of CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India – Karnataka) and has affiliations with many prominent Institutions / organizations.
Mr. Rajendran is actively associated with various charitable and educational organizations and is the Trustee of the NU Trust, managing the erstwhile Bangalore Kidney Foundation and Director of NU Hospitals, Bangalore. Mr. Rajendran was also associated with Landmark Education, a Global Enterprise, Premaanjali Educational Trust and Tejas Education Trust as Trustee, currently.
Ms. Vijayalakshmi is a qualified psychologist by profession. She helms the role of Director, HR and various other functions. She has played a pivotal role in the growth of Mythreyi Group of Companies that has transformed Mythreyi Properties as one of the most preferred Bangalore real estate developer.
Ms. Vijayalakshmi is an inspirational role model both for the company as well as the society. She is actively involved in managing play homes and day care centers. She is also currently actively working with differently abled children.
Mr. Ganesh – plays a significant role in leading his team of Sales & Marketing. A Pharmacist by profession having 2 decades of experience in Sales & Marketing in various industries. He is actively involved in the Sales & Marketing functions in Mythreyi Group. Also, well versed in Administration and People Management.
